Society payback in 2.5–3 years on IZ-120K-3P + 60 kWp solar combo. Funded as a society capex with optional NBFC EMI.

Built for this

Why operators in this segment pick Infozeb.

No noise. No diesel smell.

Members stop complaining the moment the DG stops running. Common amenity areas stay liveable during outages.

Lift safety during outage

Under 20 ms transfer means lifts continue smoothly between floors. No 5–10 second DG warm-up where people get stuck mid-floor.

Common-area solar storage

If the society has rooftop solar on common areas, the battery stores midday generation for evening use — when lifts, water pumps, and lobby AC run hardest.

RWA-friendly governance

Single capex item with clear AMC. We provide standardised proposal documents that pass society resolutions without amendment churn.

Sub-meter-level visibility

Cloud EMS shows exactly how much each block / tower draws and saves. RWA secretary can show members live numbers at every AGM.

10-year cell warranty

Outlasts the next 2–3 RWA management committees. Field-replaceable modules mean no full-system replacement risk down the line.

Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

How do we get this approved through the society resolution?
We provide a standardised society proposal PDF: payback math, vendor comparison, AMC terms, and a single-line technical summary suitable for the AGM. Most RWAs approve it on the first vote when the numbers are visible.
Can we finance this through society reserves or do we need member contribution?
Both are common. Many societies finance it from sinking-fund reserves and recover via maintenance over 4–5 years. Others raise a one-time member contribution. We work with SIDBI-empanelled NBFCs for society-loan options too.
Will it run the lifts during a full grid blackout?
Yes. The IZ-120K-3P typically powers 2–3 lifts plus common area lights, water pump, and corridor fans for 4–8 hours depending on usage. Longer outages? Pair with a smaller (60 kVA) standby DG for the rare multi-hour case.
What about CPCB CEMS compliance for our existing DG?
DGs above 62.5 kVA need ₹2–4L in instrumentation plus ongoing audits. Replacing the DG with a BESS eliminates this. Right-sizing the DG below 62.5 kVA (with BESS handling primary outage duty) also avoids the requirement.
How long does install take with society life going on?
3–5 days for a 120 kW cabinet. We schedule the brief cutover (30 min) during a planned maintenance shutdown — usually on a weekday afternoon. Lift operations are unaffected during install.
