Critical power · zero margin for error

Critical power. Zero diesel. Zero noise.

Hospitals can't afford 5-second DG warm-ups during a code-blue. 4-star hotels can't afford diesel smell drifting into the lobby. Infozeb BESS gives you sub-20 ms transfer and silent, fume-free 8-hour runtime — every day.

Built for this

Why operators in this segment pick Infozeb.

Sub-20ms transfer for OT / ICU

Operating theatres, ventilators, MRI, cold-chain — none of them tolerate a 5-second DG warm-up. BESS islanding is faster than your existing UPS.

Silent operation

Under 50 dB. Guest-facing hotel zones stay quiet during outages. Hospital wards don't get a DG roar through the night.

Zero local emissions

No NO₂, no PM2.5, no diesel smell drifting through hotel lobbies or hospital corridors. Pollution Control Board audit risk eliminated.

Replaces lead-acid UPS too

Many hospitals run a separate UPS for critical loads. The BESS covers both UPS-class transfer and DG-class endurance — one platform, one warranty.

Pairs with critical-load segregation

Most hospitals already split critical (OT, ICU, lifts) vs non-critical (admin, F&B). BESS sits on the critical bus; existing DG can stay for non-critical multi-hour backup.

10-year warranty · field-replaceable

Cells warrantied for 10 years at 70%+ capacity. Modules are field-swappable so no single failure takes the entire system offline.

Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

How does this compare to our existing UPS + DG combo?
Today: UPS holds the load for 5–10 seconds while the DG starts. Lead-acid UPS batteries need replacement every 3–4 years. With BESS: instant transfer (under 20 ms), 16-year cell life, and continued operation for 4–8 hours without any DG start. Many hospitals retire the UPS entirely once BESS commissions.
Will the BESS handle MRI / CT load spikes?
Yes. The IZ-240K-3P delivers 240 kW continuous and 480 kW peak (10-second surge) — enough headroom for MRI gradient pulses, CT exposure cycles, and X-ray surges without notching the bus voltage.
What if we lose grid for 6+ hours?
Most deployments keep a smaller standby DG (say 60–100 kVA, BESS-charged when grid returns) for the rare multi-hour case. The BESS handles the 95% of outages under 4 hours; the DG only spins up beyond that. Net diesel consumption drops 75–85%.
Can we integrate the BESS alarms into our existing BMS?
Yes. The Infozeb EMS exposes Modbus TCP, BACnet IP, and SNMP. Most hospital BMS dashboards have the BESS state (SoC, kW, alarms) pulled in within 1 week of commissioning.
What's the cost vs continuing with our current DG + UPS setup?
Capex on an IZ-240K-3P + light retrofit is typically ₹55–75L (depends on cabling and switchgear). Compare against ongoing DG fuel + UPS replacement + CPCB CEMS — payback is 3.5–4 years. After year 4, savings stay yours for 12+ more years.

Your patients can't feel a 5-second outage. Neither should you.
