This policy applies to charging services on the TOBOR EV Charging Network, operated by Infozeb Consultancy.
01When you can request a refund
You can request a refund for incorrect charges debited from your account where it is verified that the vehicle was not charged despite proper use of the charging station. Requests for a charging service that was not of use must be made within seven days of availing that service.
If your request falls outside these rules, you may still ask for a refund. The company has exclusive discretion to allow or reject such a claim.
02Refund timing and payment method
A full refund for the purchase of the service will be issued within seven days of the incident. Refunds use the same payment gateway method used to purchase the charging service.
If a refund cannot be issued through the original payment method, we will provide equivalent credit or an alternative refund method. Some payment methods or locations may not support a refund to the original method.
03When and where to raise a claim
Claims must be raised within seven days of availing the disputed service, through the company's application. For help with a failed service purchase or with submitting your request, contact support@tobor.in.
04Misuse or abuse
Refunds are intended to address problems with purchased services, not to obtain free services. If the refund process is misused or abused, offers or services may be withdrawn temporarily or permanently for the user's registered vehicles. Vehicles may be blocked from the TOBOR EV Charging Network and the misuse reported to other networks.
05Refund assistance
For assistance regarding a failed charging-service purchase, email support@tobor.in or call the support number below. Raising a request does not automatically approve it; the service record and claim are reviewed.
