We have 1,500+ sites. Can Infozeb actually scale that?
Today we deploy ~30 sites/month. With OPCO commitment we scale to 60–80/month within Q2 by adding a second assembly line in Gurugram and partner installer crews. Standardised site kits (cabinet + solar + cable harness) ship pre-packed. Most OPCOs deploy in 6–8 monthly tranches.
What happens if the BESS itself fails at a remote site?
Cloud EMS flags any anomaly before site impact. Field swap of a cell or BMS module is typically 2–3 hours. Mean Time Between Failures across our deployed fleet is currently >18 months. Spares pre-positioned at OPCO regional warehouses.
Do you handle the solar installation too, or is that separate?
We supply and commission the BESS. For solar, we partner with regional EPCs you may already use, or you can use your existing solar vendor — the BESS is solar-agnostic.
What's the typical OPCO pilot structure?
Start with 10–20 sites across 2–3 geographies (mix of urban, semi-urban, rural). 90-day data collection on diesel saved, transfer events, and pilferage incidents. Roll into a multi-tranche fleet rollout based on validated savings. We've completed 4 such pilot-to-fleet conversions.
Does the BESS work in 50°C summer ambient at Rajasthan / Vidarbha sites?
Yes. LiFePO4 cells operate to 55°C ambient with derating. The IZ-30K-3P and larger cabinets ship with thermal management (forced air at 7 kW, active cooling at 30 kW+). We have sites running through 48°C peaks in summer 2025 with no thermal events.
